Seatings begin at 11:00 AM with the last seating being 4PM.

The halls will be decked and Christmas celebrations will begin! Sign up for a custom wreath making class, write letters to Santa, make your own ornaments, and enjoy the fully decorated hotel.
Tree Lighting Ceremony

Cloudland celebrates the inaugural Christmas season at the hotel by kicking it off with a celebratory concert and tree lighting ceremony. Enjoy hot chocolate and cider, or sip on a signature beverage while listening to holiday classics. Be a part of the first ever tree lighting at Cloudland!
